If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size chart. It can be found on our main menu. Please measure your pet's neck prior to purchasing. If your pet's neck size is right at the cut off, we recommend you size up. If you're still unsure about what size you need, contact us and we'll be happy to help! 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Since our bandanas are handmade we cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges. Please make sure to measure your pup's neck and check our size chart prior to purchasing. However, in the rare occasion that you receive an item that has been damaged, please reach out and we will get back to you.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

As we are a small business, we are not able to give away free products. A lot of hard work and heart go into creating our products. Please refrain from asking. Such requests will be deleted.
